1. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse this website or violate any applicable laws or regulations. Unauthorized use, including hacking, fraudulent activities, or attempts to disrupt website functionality, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.


2. Products and Services

We sell clothing and accessories through our online store. Products are fulfilled, printed, and shipped by Printful on our behalf.
While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, slight variations in colour, print placement, or appearance may occur due to digital display and production processes.


3. Fulfilment and Shipping

Production: All orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful. Production times vary depending on volume and location.

Shipping Estimates: Any delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs, weather, or other external factors.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Tracking: Tracking information is provided once the order is shipped.

Incorrect Address: If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.


4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

4.1 Returns Not Accepted for Wrong Size or Preference

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or due to personal preference (including colour, style, or fit). By placing an order, the customer accepts responsibility for selecting the correct size and product options. We do not offer sizing-related returns, exchanges, or alterations once an order has been processed.


4.2 Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us at admin@thecaredition.shop within 30 days of delivery.
To process your claim, include:

-Order number

-Description of the issue

-Clear photos or video evidence

Once confirmed, we will arrange either a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Customers should not contact Printful directly, we manage all claims with Printful on their behalf.


4.3 Lost-in-Transit Orders

An order is considered lost in transit when the tracking status shows no movement for an extended period and the carrier confirms non-delivery.
If you believe your order is lost, please contact us within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date, and we will investigate. If confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


4.4 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the issue is confirmed to be a result of our error or a defect.


4.5 What Is Not Covered

We do not provide refunds, returns, or replacements for:

-Items ordered in the wrong size

-Change of mind or preference (including colour, style, or fit)

-Claims submitted after 30 days

-Items lost after tracking shows “delivered”

-Minor differences in colour, print position, or appearance


5. Pricing and Payments

-Prices are displayed in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include taxes unless stated otherwise.

-Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s payment gateways. We do not have access to or store payment details.

-Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.


6. Warranty and Liability

-Products are guaranteed to be free from major manufacturing defects at delivery. Wear and tear caused by use is not covered.

-We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, shipping delays, or third-party services.

-Production and shipping are managed by Printful. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused by third-party operations.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, images, logos, and text on this website, is the property of The Car Edition Shop unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.


8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Shopify and Printful may also process data as part of order fulfillment.


9. Third-Party Services

By using our store, you also agree to the service terms of Shopify (for payments and website hosting) and Printful (for fulfillment and shipping).

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
